We keep doing this against the teams around us. Draws will squeak us into that weird new Euro competition but it could so easy have been even better.

Let’s keep fighting but every game this month is gonna be this stressful

Couldn't have faced another sucker punch like Fulham at home.

If you can't beat the teams around you, make sure you don't lose to them.

We're a point better off and a place higher than we were at the start of the day.

Could've been better, but having come back 3 times, it feels like a point gained despite the chances to win it.

73% possession, 33 shots with 15 of them on target...we'll play worse than that and take all 3 points.

Very entertaining game. My heart is still pumping. Very nervy finish.

We should have won this, obviously. Credit to Brentford for doing what they do best. They're where they are in the league for a good reason, just like we are.

We're a by far better footballing side, but our biggest weakness is their strength - set pieces.

We should be disappointed not to win, but at the same time relieved not to lose. It's still a big point, and this lots football is the antithesis of what we are about, it was always going to be a very difficult fixture.

Roberto has balls, big balls, for bringing on so many attacking players to win the point. So much respect for him compared to that dullard Potter.

Mixed emotions here for the above reasons... I'm relieved to get a deserved point, but it's a shame as on another day we have destroyed these.

I've seen that backpass not given many many times. He doesn't pick it up they likely score.
Nah. That was a clear pass and Steele had the time to clear. It would have been hurried but the striker was several yards away.

Ref's generally give the benefit of the doubt in those situations, if there's the slightest chance that you can argue it's a tackle/interception then that's what they usually go with. Which is why it's so rare to see a free kick given from a back pass. Still, no harm done in the end.

That was ludicrous. Most shots we've ever had?
Massively overcomplicating things ATM, too many flicks slowing down the moves, lacking confidence in front of goal. Must've missed at least 3 or 4 sitters.
A draw will do but the defence needs to sort themselves out asap.

We’re a 23 year old Evan Ferguson away from a top 4 place.

f*** me sideways.

Happy we got out of that not having lost but christ on a bike we should have won. Brentford gave us a lesson in efficiency. Three goals from about five shots. If we had shown the same level of effectiveness in front of goal we would have scored about 18.

It seems a bit churlish to complain but we've not picked up the points we should have in far too many games.

BUT, a very entertaining game nonetheless.
