[Albion] Will we get ravaged in the summer?

The contracts that have been dished out recently leave me feeling fairly relaxed about this. If they stay that’ll be great, but if they leave then we’ll be bringing in some serious cash that gives us more freedom to spend on quality replacements.

I think because of Mitoma's age plus his obvious seriousness, he's likely to sign an improved contract IF he's allowed a fairly easy exit next Summer. If we can get a full season out of him I'd be delighted as clearly he is going to want to maximise both his earnings and chances of honours. I genuinely think the likes of Real would be interested in him.
Not sure Moises exit is as inevitable as people think. If we turned down 80 million already and he has just signed a contract there's no way we'll accept anything less than WAY north of that. There's very few teams that can afford him. We've played a blinder in that sense.

The new deals are key. I imagine we may lose 1 or none. That’s my prediction - everyone panics too much as soon as some shitty made up clickbait article appears.

I don't think the main reason for turning down that bid was that the money was bad (though I reckon it will take a bit more than £80m), but that the timing was no good. Easier to buy a replacement in the summer window.

Not going to worry about it……seen enough careful management of the club and succession planning in the last year or so to leave it to the wizards in charge. Any that leave will be going for huge sums to huge clubs, and we’ll have a plan.
Agree. I don't get this nature of freaking out at believing all of the shite rumours online. We are so well run that anyone could leave and we would still progress.

No, it's because it was far below our valuations and we need him. It won't take a bit more than £80m, it will take SO much more, I'm taking minimum £100m now he's signed the new deal.

Yeah I was thinking £100m as "a bit more" than £80m.

PB on that podcast seemed to indicate it was quite a bit about the timing (wanting to finish in a club record position & not wanting to negotiate for a new player when everyone know you've just received big money).

Win the FA Cup and or a place in Europe then I think we have a chance of not only keeping but adding to the numbers

There are only a few clubs in Europe who are 'bigger' than us. Basically the elite pack of about 15. Some of those don't have money to splash. We belong, along with most other Premier League clubs, in the next group which contains a much larger number than that.

So losing all our best players is unlikely as we can see off our own band.

Ferguson won't go. Bigger clubs deal in finished products. Any offer for him would be too low. It's really only Moises. Mac and Mit. I can't see all three going.

They'll all go sooner rather than later, we'll get a huge payday and we'll get more. Everybody chill and enjoy the ride.

Relax and simply enjoy our fantastic football.

Negative talk about future transfer windows comes from either born worriers, or mischievous/miserable shite stirrers trying to piss on everyones parade.
This.

When we’re demanding that players such as Moran, Buonanotte, Enciso and Sarmiento are in the starting lineup, we won’t be to sad when some of our current 1st 11 are moved on. Trossard is a great example.

No guesses who is trying to drum up interest in Mac Allister...

I literally hate the sight of the bottom-feeding prick, he’s the epitome of everything wrong with modern football.

As validated in the January window, we will only deal on our terms which includes being good for Brighton and Hove Albion.

Will 1 or 2 leave, probably if the terms and replacement are right.

Will we get ravaged, No
