I like him a lot more after seeing his shit like this. Or maybe I've drunk to much. There's clearly a lot more to him than shown on the show where, frankly, he came across as a clueless idiot.

How the f*** did Rochelle get away with that? Works in beauty, made a shite product just to spite the PM and stayed???

The BBC need to have a long hard think about what they're doing here. Yet again - just like recent series -the final 6 are female-heavy, just 1 guy left. I'm watching this with my 16 year old son and the whole thing is just awkward. Megan and Simba are Ok but the rest are useless and there's little to be learned from the show in terms of business.

That snake thing though. 😂😂😂😂

Packaged like a lump of snot on a dog turd, and the product turned your skin green. The absolute state of anyone in charge of that shit. A 7 year old would do a better job.

I'm sorry, you can blame the contestants for stitching him up by religiously sticking to the brief, but there wasn't a single redeeming feature about any of it. Zero orders. Pure chuckles.

Sugar just binning him off before any sort of discussion was brilliant. He knows an incompetent bell-end when he sees one.

From the moment the team started 'designing' the bottle and contents you just knew it was going to be a walkover for the others :lolol:

In fairness, it's a primetime entertainment show, aimed at adults. It makes no claim to be educational.
Sir Alan Sugar is a serious businessman and he signs up for The Apprentice for a number of reasons, the main one being a chance to invest his £250K in an exciting business with a bright young entrepreneur and not - in my opinion - to become the centrepiece of a comedy show.

I think earlier series have struck the right balance but the last couple have just been Keystone Cops car crash facepalm TV, and I don't think that was the aim.

I really like Victoria, she is stunning and generally seems very competent. But she goes very, very quiet in the boardroom and really tries to hide away and hope for the best. She clearly would have been fired after the Dubai task had the team lost, she was sitting there very meek and quiet just waiting for the axe to fall. Then they were marginally better than the other team and got away with it. I think she's probably only one defeat away from being fired, but Dani is a very fortunate candidate as well - she's very uninspiring. I think Marnie is quite good but really, all these tasks are just entertainment and give them a chance to get through to what really matters - their business plans, getting torn apart in the interviews and then the final two to pitch their business to competitors they're looking to take business away from.

The whole concept of the show seems too contrived now, but it's riveting and fascinating to watch.

Just watched this on catch up.

Another episode, so common in this series, where you knew the losing team and PM after 10 minutes. A shame really, but no amount of crafty editing could disguise the worse shit-show. Funny yet cringy.

Avi and Rochelle should’ve gone 6 weeks ago, lucking out week after week. Finally one’s gone. Rochelle is a smirking snide, manipulating her way through each task to avoid any blame, whilst contributing nothing worthwhile.

Shit the bed. Two total jobbies of products. That snake one though, terrible idea and it went off a cliff from there.

Poor old unfunny man; one of these losers has got to win. He should shut this series down.

How many make the interviews week, 4 or 5?

We’re guaranteed to see some brain dead no hopers making that, with Alan congratulating each individually on “well done for making it, you have so many strengths, I’m struggling here”. WTF.

Hmmm... think you'll find Sugar predominantly makes his money from property these days. He does a TV show for his ego/exposure, not serious business reasons.

The previous 'win a job' thing wasn't working, so they switched to 'investment'. It's almost certainly connected to his salary for doing the show.

Sure it's been dumbed down, but there was never anything realistic about The Apprentice. Sugar has never worked in Canary Wharf. The offices are all fake etc etc.

I think the right person went. Simba has been absolutely feeble for the last three tasks. He doesn't say anything worthwhile and nobody listens to him. Bitching about the fact in the boardroom made him look even more of a drip.

That said, none of them are impressive are they?

For the second series running the interview stage is all girls. The boy are 0 for the last 9, and 2 for 19 in the past 4 series. That's 2 guys out of 33 making the interview stage, compared with 17 out of 33 girls.

It's almost as if the BBC had an agenda to promote women. Or are men really that stupid? If it was the other way around the producers would be getting grilled by BBC chiefs for the imbalance.
