On the bus back I was on my phone checking all the scores, and a Pompey fan sat behind me asked what their final score was at home vs Barnsley.

"I know we were 1 up earlier"
"I'll have a look. What division are you in mate?" (LOVELY) 😁
"League 1"
*scrolls down phone"
"Ahhh...1-1. 89th minute equaliser. Sorry!"
"f***"

What a lovely day. 😄

Today has been an absolute treat for Albion fans everywhere. In fact, has there ever been a better day?

Albion - winner 3 mins from time to beat plucky former nemesis and always tossers, Bournemouth.

Palace - lose. Singing the blues already, but they're now 10 points adrift of us having played a game more, and most relegation teams having had good days except PLB obviously, and:

Southampton - lose. Not one I care about I must say, plenty of Albion fans do so this is excellent for them.

Plus Newcastle dropped points. Top 4 charge now officially ON.
Villa lose. Not fans of them here are we.
Chelsea. More points dropped. Same.

Then onto noddy little Portsmouth. Conceding that last minute equaliser is a lovely little cherry on the Premier league cake.

In fact if the worst thing you can say is that you are disappointed that Reading fought back from two down to draw a game at home in their half empty stadium, you know it's been a great day.

Fascinating isn’t it, a f***ing Skate at the Amex apparently interested in his team’s score when only 50 miles down the road he could have gone and watched them🤌

This was on the 700 going back along the coast, not directly back from the Amex. I hope he was going back to Skateland though, cos that would've taken HOURS.
