We'll have to agree to disagree on this then, or at least part of it. We both knoew it is inevitable that our best players will move on at sometime - the later the better, for sure, but it will happen. Neither of us will be pleased!
When it happens, though, unlike you I would be much happier if they went to Liverpool or Manchester rather than the two shyster clubs bothering us this window.
Wow you are really putting words into my mouth aren’t you!

Firstly no one is going anywhere this window. Secondly I said all the Big 6 are ‘shite and privileged’ (as did the WAB article I posted ) and I said I would rather they didn’t go to ANY of the Big 6 who are our direct competitors in the PL. You’ve accused me of not answering your hypothetical question about Arsenal or Chelsea in the Summer

And because I said don’t like any of the Big 6
taking our players now you are accusing me of favouring Chelsea over the others.😳

Sorry for not subscribing to your own agenda BUT For the last time, I would rather NONE of the Big Clubs swoop in on our star players - if they go anywhere then I would prefer they go to a Series A/La Liga 1 team where they won’t compete against us in the PL - I don’t think my preferences are that complicated and certainly don’t warrant you bouncing back repeatedly to challenge them 😟

The transfer window closes at 11pm. I usually watch the updates as they come in, but I'm not so sure about tonight.

We've never before featured so heavily in it. We've turned down £70 million for a top, top player....

I know it's a cliche, but how far we've come.

Worthing
Will he turn up for training tomorrow
If he’s bought himself a Nintendo game and a Big Mac there’s a good chance he hasn’t got enough pocket-money from the club left, after sibling tax, to get the train home.

Only joking, welcome back.

watching you meet the parents GIF

You don't want them to go to any of the 'Big 6' - they're all equally shitty to you. I understand that - so you would be equally unhappy whichever 'Big 6' club they went to if that did happen - I would be less unhappy with some than others. It really is that simple..............

(I'll ignore the several errors in your first paragraph!) :)

It's ridiculous isn't it. Aggregatiors like Romano etc. 'I understand....' oh do fùck off. I wonder what they say to their kids.

'What do you do for a living daddy?'

'I make stuff up and pass old information off as my own, hoping to get desperate idiots to click on it, in my superman underpants darling'
I know that he's a proper journalist, but I don't get what he gets out of spouting this stuff, other than a bigger ego? Or is he on the take from agents?

As for the transfer window as a whole, I was amazed to hear that Spanish La Liga clubs combined had spent less than £30m in this window – 14 (I think) have done no business at all!

The discussion was only about the degree of shittiness of some 'Big 6' clubs compared to some of the others - overseas transfers different coversation altogether - and it's not a case of wanting them to go to X rather than Y, just a case of hating it less.
You asked me directly which club I would prefer we lost our top players to - I said none of them - I would prefer if they were going to stay with us (my first preference) then I would prefer they didn’t end up competing against us in the PL.

Now that is the simple answer 🙂 (really not sure why my answer has you so riled up tbh)

Have you changed your mind then (which is of course allowed, I'm just checking)?
Don’t get me wrong old boy, I’d love him to stay, but a fractured dressing room is counterproductive, if he gets his head right great, unfortunately with the money on offer and the agent constantly playing the shithousery role that’s a big ask.

Fabrizio says the deal is off! What deal? Such slack reporting! It’s like someone knocking on my door and saying ‘ buy your house for £500,000 mate?’ I say ‘ it’s not for sale mate!’
He then says ‘ok the deals off mate!’

It was never ever on!

Quite chronic but so glad our great owner has visions far higher than certain other clubs envisage.

I say this with great love to you both but your little squabble is a tad boring. Would you mind continuing it on another thread please?

What is this weird fractured changing room narrative you have going on? You are letting your imagination run away with you and trying to pretend it is a fact. It is like you have some sort of agenda against the lad. Other than his bizarre Instagram thing he has done nothing to warrant your constant insinuations.

Going on?

First time I’ve mentioned those exact words, he’s not the first Albion player to have his head turned and he clearly won’t be the last, it’s just the timing doesn’t help.
