Tim sherwood has not seen caicedo if he thinks he is out and holding midfielder and can’t pass forwards. Merson watched him destroy Liverpool last week. Insane he seems to have forgotten
Sherwood is tainted in his viewpoint in matters regarding us. Best ignored. Or laughed at.

Of course he’s doing better? What the hell? Better football, more goals, better results, playing more youngsters. By any metric he’s doing better.

Why are you even here? We don’t want you or your comments, it was tolerated when it was related to Potter but just head of to Chelsea’s forum and leave us in peace.
He dug out a posters old post on the Lamptey thread the other day to prove a point maybe or trying to be clever. This is from the guy who informed us all Potter wouldn’t even consider going to Chelsea 🙄
Loads write crap on here normally out of frustration after a bad performance or whatever it may be, to have someone go digging them out is poor form and not in the spirit of the board IMO.

You are probably right. In general I don’t object to him really, though it’s weird he’s still here, but comments like we aren’t doing better is just absolute rubbish that a basic look at points tally’s for this season versus last would confirm. Grinds my gears…

Mate you’re a broken record. I know it’s eating you up that RDZ is showing Potter up to actually be an under achiever with us but the petty digs are just sad.
Justice said that RDZ is getting better results with the same squad.

With Graham Potter in charge of this squad, Brighton won 4 out of 6 games whereas the boys with RDZ in charge has won 7 out of 16 games.

It is very simple math.

Those names and what we’ve lost - that’s why one more (who I consider our most important player with Dunky) is so hard to take. So hard. Especially when you can clearly clearly clearly see it’s the agents driving it.
I agree with your sentiments but don’t think we can entirely blame the agents though - the players aren’t daft, they usually know their skill level and what Clubs might be interested in them (probably long before we do) so are turned by the Agent’s promises of higher wages and add ons - the Club knows the agents’ business is talking players up and ‘creating a fertile market’ for their clients - so the Club benefits from the increased market value of a player as a result of the agents‘ manipulation of the market, reinforced by the Club stating the player is not for sale . The Club doesn’t have to sell, the player doesn’t have to move but at the end of the day, if the price is right and the player wants to go, it’s sound business for everyone involved.

Players like Mitoma come around once in a blue moon. without spending a fortune almost impossible to replace in the summer if he goes.
Based on what? 🤷‍♂️ @Justice - please correct your earlier post where you quote me (twice) - you attributed a post to Swansman that was actually mine!

We have talent scouts all over the world, that and TB’s analytics- the next ‘Mitoma’ is more than likely already within TB’s radar - don’t forget, Mitoma didnt just fall into Brighton’s first 11, he was on loan for a year at USG. (And just because a player has not already been ‘discovered’ doesn’t mean to say he’s not out there 😉) .

Except, and you keep ignoring this, Potter's 4 from 6 were easier games. He also didn't have to adjust to a new situation as RDZ did. Anyway I prefer to focus, if comparing, at how well Potter has done since leaving as he has a team full of supposedly superior players with vastly more top level experience.

He's just a childish twat. Palace fans talk about Palace on here, but don't jump on every thread to take the piss. Swanny is the equivalent, but does go on all threads to take the piss. I have no idea why he is tolerated.
Do we need to talk about Swansman again?
Probably a waste of time as despite an enforced weekend break he's back polluting the boards again.
It's easier to stick him on ignore...again.

I like De Zerbi. Liking him doesn't mean I have to love everything he does or says, but that seems to be very difficult to understand.

Well, not really a subject for this thread but no, he isn't doing better.
I liked potter, i was gutted he left at the rustling of notes. But theres no doubt de zerbi is better, and is doing better. Potter had a brief period of undoubted success and cashed in. De zerbi instantly improved the style and perfornances. Results then came, despite the massive hole in coaching set up and disruption to the set up. He's done amazingly well. There is no way I would swap him with Potter, no chance at all.
