Leyton, E10.
Tross thought he would have a wonderful world cup and come back to the big clubs clamouring for him.
He gets back having had a shit world cup and sulks, not training well.

Mitoma and Ferguson are storming training and Tross sulks more.
Gets bought on against Charlton and is part of the team that get their bollocks chewed off by RDZ.
Unlike all the others, he doesn't pull his finger out and sulks more in training.
Senior player calls him out and he flounces.
RDZ told he flounced and Albion put out calf story for a few days.
Tross doesn't return and RDZ tells of bust up.

He will

A. Crawl back and train properly
B. Get transferred this Jan (if any interest at right price which is looking unlikely)
C. Go on Overseas loan

THE END

It's up to Tross whether he wants A or C

Absolutely no sauces :lolol:

100%

Part of me feels for him. Belgium we're a disaster at the WC and he really banked on that being his platform to push on to better things. But his reaction to that disappointment and subsequently making it other peoples problems is upsetting given how highly regarded he was to us before. Now all the neutrals are talking about Mitoma, Caicedo, Mac...even Solly March (my liverpool mate is raving about him and that was even before their Amex haunting) and he's got all uppety about it.

Also worth mentioning that given events this season Brighton fans are feeling a bit less sentimental than usual. RDZ has huge support, not just from his post-Potterball De Zerbismo ruthlessness but that he (in a way) helped the fans grieve the loss of potter. Feel like Tross underestimated the fans tolerance to his "ambitions", to put it in a nice way. The agent tactic is ugly.

So it's best he moves on if he's going to be a little pussyhole and harsh our mellow.

FWIW my unqualified assessment says approx £25m will be the number.

This. In addition to the dirty linen points, these lads are paid an ludicrous amount of money. Imo RDZ has every right to talk about it to the media in the way he has done if one of his players isn't putting in the graft at training (within reason - unless there's personal issues or whatever). Sod trossard if he's angry about that - he earns way too much
Yeah, footballers live in a different world. Imagine earning 2.5m or more a year and still having a strop when you don't get your own way. players should be fined EVERY time they bring bad press to the club or team . If he's made it clear he wants to leave then no doubt it's affected the dressing room ( although it seems to a positive effect!) and he should be docked wages

Personally I'd take £12 million. We've got our money's worth out of him. If he wants to leave and Spurs want him great. He won't even get in their team.
So you would tell our entire squad and any future players that all they have to do to get their own way is to throw a hissy fit ( no pun int - ok maybe a little intended :) ) to get what they want ? .

My take on this : Trossard, and his idiotic agent, are now stuck between a rock and a hard place. If the club choose not to accept any offers for him in the foreseeable future then what? Our Roberto will not pick him because of his attitude - he’s then left out in the cold with prospective suitors looking on and thinking ‘maybe not for us’, and moving on.

The only feasible, productive outcome for Trossard is to eat humble pie, return to the fold, apologise to everyone for his behaviour and work his balls off to impress RDZ and all concerned that he is a valuable asset to the club.
Then, maybe, life will return to normal. He will show how good he is, the team will benefit, and he’ll be back in the shop window and get sold for a decent wedge. On the other hand he might decide that the grass is definitely not greener on the other side and stay with the good guys.

Down to you Leandro - sort your shit out and get back to reality.

Maybe Trossard needs to look at our recent departures ( Cuca, biss, Maupay ) and realise it's not always greener grass elsewhere. Don't get me wrong Tross has been good for us the last couple of years but a player is not more important than the team. Seems like he's now "doing a Maupay" and thinks he has a right to play if fit

Be interesting if he gets his move to a club here, the next time we play his new team, he better hope he's not playing.

We're good at booing :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

As someone else mentioned above, offer him to Chelsea in a straight swap for Colwill. Can’t see them biting, but it would further Todd’s aim of transplanting all of Brighton’s players and infrastructure to London.

If the reports of the incident are correct, Tross has behaved extremely poorly and has been very badly advised. It’s clear nobody’s beating down his agent’s door for him, hence his agent’s increasing desperation in publicly hawking him round Europe.

Tross needs a spell on the sidelines to rebuild trust, or to accept that his next move might be sideways or down, and far from lucrative.

Brighton factually.....
I am going out on a limb here, I think, he cannot be that stupid, he has gone home, his parents or close friends have told him a few home truths and he will be back, i think he will try and make amends, and.....
Nailed on in the squad for Leicester....

These days I get bombarded with news and it’s almost always the case it’s the same story picked up and being recycled by other outlets.
Lol perfect description of long running NSC threads 😂

I agree wholeheartedly about the Atletico stories being bounced though and my sole intention of bringing it up again was someone yesterday suggesting that there’s been a supposed ‘offer’ of a free since October which I don’t believe is the case and certainly anyway would have been superseded by the extension being triggered.

As per my post yesterday though, clearly from RDZ pressers, the door is open for Tross to return and I am still holding out that he can get back into the team and finish off his season with a good transfer, if not this window, certainly in the summer, for us and the Club for around £28-32 which is what I think he is still worth, tantrums notwithstanding .

You're going to regret admitting that. NSC will now want an hourly report on all his movements for the rest of his contract :lolol:
Starting now. Did he have a wide-eyed, 'rabbit caught in headlights' look about him?

I'm wondering if his wife gave him an ultimatum over the weekend, and more than half his assets and future earnings passed before his eyes.
