That is certainly what is suggested. It is slightly distorted though because what it means is they have had less opportunities to get the bonus points. They stil have 4 of the big six at home to come for example. You wouldn't bet against them getting some bonus points there.
By the same token, that draw we got against them second game of the season (and dropping tracker points) is looking a far better result now than it did at the time. On a similar vein, we've still got some underperforming teams (Leicester, West Ham, Wolves, Villa all present opportunities) to come that we could tally up some big + points from as well.

If you divert attention away from the tracker, we've now nearly played half a season, and the only two teams we're yet to play are Muff and Palace, and we could easily pick up three, four, even six points from those two fixtures. Six would take us to 33 at the halfway stage (and I'm well aware that one of the tracker's greatest strengths is that it differentiates better between who we play at home and away -- although our away form has been as good as, if not better than, our home form for a while now).

30 points is the same as Stains and car crash Everton's points added together. We’re not at the season’s half way mark. 9 wins just one less than the bottom 3 combined, and equals our season’s total in each of our first 4 EPL seasons. 35 goals so far beats our season’s tally of 34 in 2017/18.

Not so many seasons ago we were chiselling out EPL draws and rare wins to be in the running to stay up come April/May.

What a journey.

14 over. That is an official record. Fabulous.

And 5 over Europe, although I am a little less confident about that measure. Will 60 be enough? Big games to come on that front and we have to win most of them.

Worth saying I think that although we are in mid January, we are still not yet half way through the season. In normal football season terms we are end of November. Long way to go, which with the trajectory we are on can only be a good thing.

Well, I reckon this ought to keep the inevitable De Zerbi bashing at bay…
