I think he may have been referring to the dickheads abusing and threatening Bruno, it is very much a recent thing

I know there was a bit of this is the war years but the betrayal was 100 times worse and I’m not convinced Bruno has actually betrayed us either

I get that. But it’s likely to be the “yoof”. The same lot who sing the Zaha song. The next generation of Brighton fans that we desperately needed and who I want in the ground far more than Japanese tourists. Lads that age don’t know the Withdean years and are used to expressing everything, often badly, on social media. A world away from how me, you & NAN were raised.

But we have not acquired them, say from Chelsea for £200,000 or something. These lads would have been under 10 when the Amex opened. So I was questioning the choice of word from someone who is normally careful how he chooses them.

He hasnt betrayed us. He got offered and opportunity, and took it.

Not everyone agrees with you. Me? Pissed me off but I don’t want anyone at the Albion who doesn’t want to stay, but he deserves respect not abuse as do all the others who jumped ship. They all did a fantastic job, shame they didn’t get to see the season out

Perfectly put.

Just made me sad and a little disappointed. Probably because I was a big Bruno fan (like many others).

Yep…….very likely he wouldn’t have fitted in to Bob’s structure……..and wouldn’t have got 3x his salary. Keep learning from GP and come back when the opportunity arises El Capitan :albion2::albion2:

I mean he is bald...

But yes very likely he would have at least got less responsibility in the new group.

Doesn’t he have 3 Fitness Coaches, a Psychologist and GK coach in that?

I think Bruno would have been fine if that is the case, learnt something new methods and still be the all-conquering hero. 😃👌

He didn’t know who we were appointing, and had a confirmed offer to continue working with Potter on a massively improved salary at a top club. Absolute no-brainer for him.

Not really given Bloom and Barbers history of looking after existing personnel, see Oatway and Nathan Jones, and Bruno to a certain extent.

Disagree. He had a clear offer with a guy he’s worked with for 3 years on a much higher salary. Bloom would undoubtedly found him something (exactly wha that would have come remotely close to matching his role at Chelsea??) but it wouldn’t compete with working under Potter at Chelsea. Let them continue his education for us, and we’ll take him back when it all turns to shit up there.

Just have to agree to disagree.

Looking forward to De Zerbi and Anfield…..

Really excited, I think Italian coaches are generally very good tactically

It boils my piss to hear this. I have been supporting this club now for 55 years, and I would do time over one of these little tykes that abuses a man who has given so much to the club.

Brighton factually.....
Well I am pretty sure I read on here that someone posted over the last few days, that they had heard Bruno is regretting his decision to leave.
I wonder if there is any truth in that, will the door be open to him I wonder.

Time is a great healer, we all make mistakes, I would welcome him back with a bit of banter, no malice towards the legend.

How do you feel now ?
Is there any truth in this ?
would you welcome him back ?
