[Travel] Fold up Bicycle with 16 inch tyres

Has anyone experience with riding a bike with 16 inch tyres ….mainly for use on roads in towns etc ..welcome your experiences…I’m looking at a fold up so it can be shoved in the boot of my car …the ones with 20 inch may just be too big and heavy …..I hear the 16 inch ones can be a bit ‘twitchy’ and obviously not respond so well to uneven surfaces etc …that and if you are 6ft u can look a bit

I think you're going to need bigger tyre wheels, especially if they're going to get twitchy on uneven surfaces, AKA Sussex roads.

The Brompton is the classic fold up bike, but I think they are expensive.

That’s as much as I know about fold up bikes, sorry.

Don't ride a brompton along a canal in the dark whilst pissed and with your laptop in the bag. Tree roots can lead to an abrupt and watery temporary (thankfully) home
