Good to be back and looking forward the trip down. Not going to be easy, but hope for those 3 points

My heart says we should go and attack them, get Mitoma and Lamptey as advanced wide forwards, scaring their defenders with pace and skill - play Trossard as a false 9.

My head says we are better trying to shithouse a draw. I just feel we are likely to lose this if we play too openly. Ward-Prowse set piece headed in would be my hunch, from us overcommitting up top.

A draw would be an excellent result - and steady the ship after the Villa and Charlton results.

I thought De Zerbi looked and sounded a bit grumpy in the pre match press conference. Not that means anything but I hope he can motivate the players to get stuck into Saints. Pretty sure they are another shitehousing team that we’ll struggle against though

Loads of players missing for one reason or another - care to guess at our lineup?
Sanchez

Lamptey, Dunk, Colwill, Perverto Carlos

King Solomon, Caicedo, Lallana, Gross, Mitoma

Trossard

Personally I'd like to see Veltman back in the team but De Zerbi does not seem very keen on him.

I'd be grumpy if my work told me I had to go to Southampton.

I think we are all in agreement we should go for a draw in this one.

Not confident about today for some reason - maybe the poor performance against Charlton and our inability to hit a cow's a*se with a banjo. Apart from Lamptey, the World Cup players all looked very rusty. Mac and Wellbs will be a big miss and March's confidence will be shot.

Me neither. I don't think SOllys general play confidence will be shot, and he never had any when he's in focus of the white sticks

unless Trossard, MItoma and a few other WC players got a rocket up their arses after Charlton wier definitely Lewes.

Stains will be up for this and we have an appalling record against the shitters.
