I’ll start with print-at-home away tickets. Why in 2022 do we have a crazy situation where home club sends printed physical tickets to away club to send out a second time…..even sometimes after the recipient’s name has been hand written onto it.

Anything else?

When VAR is being looked at during a game, make it clear to the fans in the stadium what is going on, and show the replays of the incident.
101% this.

VAR should also be looked at so it's overhauled and upgraded in quality.

Nine days left of 2022... not much time to get things done.

For 2023 I'd like to see the new offside rule in place, more added minutes and maybe a goal from a Brighton striker (if we're allowed to get a bit dreamy).

You mean scrapped surely?

How about the world cup approach to added time? Players need to know that time wasting is pointless as all will be strictly added on

20min HT’s, so everyone can realistically have a pee and/or a pint and get back to their seat before the 55th minute.

Games set in stone for TV dates for entire season immediately after fixtures announced. And if Liverpool v Chelsea in far off April turns out to be meaningless, let the plastics just suck it up (or go support their other teamS)

Disagree, miss out print at home and go straight to digital tickets.

Agree with this. We seem to get a big screen announcement that VAR is looking at something about 5 minutes after it has started to be reviewed!! Replays would being broadcast so we see exactly what the VAR is looking at and at the same time.

Referees that know how to apply the laws of the game. Last night Gross took a quick free kick but it was blocked by a Charlton player standing in front of the ball. Should have been a booking but as he was inept it didn't happen.

The free kick self-pass rule to be brought in immediately.
I was against this but have grown to like the idea as it favours the team in possession. Also, if you do this and are tackled by someone who is within 10 yrds then they get a booking (unlike last night!)

There is literally no downside. Keeps the game moving, the offending team have to stay on their toes, gives a PROPER tactical advantage to the team that was fouled. Whats not to like ?
