When I book a holiday I check everything. Two games to be re-arranged but 100% wont be this year. FA Cup, nope not untill January. England could be in the WC Final, so leave home on the Monday. Everything was checked to avoid me missing a football match.
And then I discover the micky mouse cup is played days after our heroes return from Qatar. My wife is going to go mental. I do have a chance to move the booking a week prior but one of our guys may just be in the semis of the WC, but those games will be shown on German TV.
Bit of a cock up on the holiday front.

This, we booked a weekend away in Bruges not realising it was the weekend of the final, actually looking forward to seeing Tross net a 90th minute winner sitting in a bar, it'll probably the only reason I'd watch the final if Belgium make the final

Enjoy the Christmas Market there. Off to Cologne myself although done Antwerp and Ghent pre covid and they were enjoyable. Lay off the Belgium beer, hurts the next day.
