Are you getting excited that we've lost a couple of games...Been told that "passionate" managers that lose their heads when things go bad are better than managers who keep their cool. For Brighton that hopefully turns out to be the case.

I don't think it's either a good or a bad thing. It depends on the manager's temprement, some, like De Zerbi and one his predecessors Gus Poyet are passionate latinos and it is just the way they are built.No I'm not TottonSeagull or someone like that.
Just think screaming, shouting and going all handbags with opponents and refs is a pretty overrated trait in a manager.
