In Bloom we trust…… He is the only man at the Albion that I do.

He is The Albion.

Tony needs to toughen up in January. No sales to Chelsea no matter what. This policy of letting people speak and go when they want can only go on for so long. Enough is enough.

Simply isn't possible in the modern game. If players want to leave they will. Maybe there won't be a Chelsea exodus (you don't actually tend to get that) but the likes of Moises, given they've already been tapped up by big clubs are going to be in a very powerful position, especially if they have good WCs.

Is this why we didn`t get our striker in the window ? Potter knew the player would be coming to the club expecting to play under him ! . Hence he made no effort to bring one in .

Yesterday and today have felt very, very painful, especially when I learned exactly how many and who have now gone. I admit I slept badly last night.

Tomorrow I hope will be mildly better as I begin to process the facts (and assuming there are no more bomb shells).

After that I will stop thinking about what we have lost and reflect on who Paul Barber and Tony Bloom are considering for our future. I might even smile.

Feel very flat after the first team coaching team has been gutted from the club. But and it’s a big but no one can buy TB and he always was and will be the most important person at the club.

Time to rally behind Tony and Paul.

Potter leaves the club in a much better state than he found it. That's all you can ask anyone to do really, the rest is unrealistic noise

In some small way and this is a bit of straw clutching, maybe them all going makes it easier for us to bring someone in, as they can bring their own people.

That's how I felt when it was Potter leaving with Billy, Bjorn and Kyle, but I liked the idea of Bruno and Ben providing some continuity.

…. and people on here slag off Paul Barber.

The personification of loyalty.

We should all be glad to have him.

It both increases and decreases the opportunities.

Can't really bring in some journeyman manager now who doesn't have a set staff etc. Be way too wonky to find a coach here and a coach there and just pray they work out together.

On the other hand a different type of managers are going to cheerish the opportunity to get complete control and bring their own guys in.

Master stroke by Tony £21m, and his parting words to Potter, relegate Chelsea.

On a more serious note, I'm sure Tony will see this as an opportunity to appoint someone who can ensure the club's ambition of being a regular top ten team, and who will also develop players to bring in future funds to maintain the club on a firm financial footing.

Maybe this is even another badge of honour that the club are doing things well.
