What happened to the Ali Ali Ali Ali Ali McAllister Karma Chameleon one? Heard it free times last year but not since.

It was attempted a few times yesterday but didn’t get enough people joining in to be heard beyond the NS.

There’s a few songs that just don’t get beyond the shadow of the security box. The Danny Welbeck song based on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is a good example.

There was also a new potter song but I couldn’t quite make out the words.

It's not so new,
We’ve got super Graham Potter
He knows exactly what we need
Dunky at the back
Welbeck in attack (or Trossard, heard both)
Brighton on their way to the Champyons League

"Ooh, ooh, ooh
A bid came in again last night
But ooh, ooh, ooh
This time, I'm telling you, I'm telling you
We are never ever, ever, ever selling Mac whatever
We are never ever, ever, ever selling Mac whatever
You go talk to your coach, talk to my coach, talk to me
But we are never ever, ever, ever selling Mac whatever
Like ever"."

A nice original one then, and not copied from every other club in the country. Great.

Ale Mac Allister had a shot
ee-I-ee-I-o
And from that shot he scored a goal
ee-I-ee-I-o

With a 1-0 here and a 2-0 there,
12 yards, 30 yards - he don’t care,

Ale Mac Allister had a shot
ee-I-ee-I-o

think it was a bit from abba's - summer night city?

No, definitely Rolling Stones’s Miss You. They’d been nattering on about English pop/rock groups, prompted by Billy Gilmour coming on (Dave Gilmour, geddit?), and I suspect that song just popped into his head when Alexis scored. I rather like it, but the lyrics will need a bit of tinkering with.
