Is the stock any different from what shows on line?

Was hoping to buy 4 away shirts today for the grandkids but guess what !!?? No stock showing of their sizes..

Cmon shop it’s the first home game and you don’t have stock??

I feel the debacle of last seasons shirt approaching..

There’s huge supply chain issues globally with loads of stuff. The kit manufacturers have been struggling to get enough material - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-62256634.amp

Not like you to be having a moan is it? There are bigger problems out there that I expect the club doesn’t have the power to resolve

But it is a problem on two accounts. We as the consumer don't get the product and the club loses revenue. It does seem that every year there are supply issues with the replica shirts in the most popular sizes. Does the problem lie with our supplier and/or whoever runs that side of operations at the club?

Plenty of children's red in Churchill Sq, suggesting the club shop should be fine.

No Celeste.

First home game of the season you would expect stock to be available..

30000 attend of those people say 10% want to use the shop
Of that 10% can’t set a shirt that’s a lot of lost revenue.

Anyway thanks for your observation.

Now back to your box.

I’m sure the club would love to have the exact number of shirts required in stock, plus one or two spare. I also expect they realise that the current situation isn’t ideal. I’m also sure that the powers that be have asked and are asking how this can be resolved, if it can be.

Until the club has a much bigger world wide profile (and therefore buying power) we will always come below the Big 6, plus Barcelona, Celtic, rangers and a host of other international clubs when it comes to getting kits delivered earlier.

Not ideal but a fact of life.

I think the hot weathers made you forget covid, war and climate change! economies will never again tick along like once did. Everything has changed. Twas all utterly unsustainable anyhow. Just wait for Trump’s return and the Taiwan-China war to begin! Not forgetting Brexit…But apart from these bumps in the road, Supply Chain managers have never had it so easy :)

Does anyone know if any of the training shirts are in the Amex shop ? I was planning to make a midweek visit to the club shop but won’t if there’s nothing in

Judging by new season shirts at the Amex today, the away shirt seems to be very popular, with the home shirt noticeably less so. Could be a shirt availability thing tho I suppose

Most lower league teams don’t have any shirts at all to sell, it’s a widespread problem
