For fellow BSP lovers; this just in from Reading - Apologies to Insect Life with Jehnny Beth from Savages on vocals......

Savages are a cracking live band. Seen them twice in the last 2 months.

My fondest BSP memory is also them playing this first time I saw them in 2003 or 04. They went off on one and thrashed about for about 15 minutes. Great stuff. They seem to have trimmed it down these days.

They have, mainly due to having more songs to fit into their sets I guess. For me there is always part of me battling between wanting the full wig-out and an extra song I haven't heard for a while near the end of the set.

I've seen Attila play a lot of gigs - does that count?

Apart from him, it will be Clash and Can, not sure who else would be competing with those

Why do i have to pick just three? I have fantastic memories of numerous bands for different reasons.
But if i have to it would be
Frank Zappa
Guillemots
Kings of Leon

Followed by The Who, Genesis, Paul Young, British Sea Power, Van Morrison, Cream, Chris Rea, + 100's of others
