Way out west
Amberley.

Although I wasn't born in Sussex and only lived there for 14 years my nans' family on her mothers side were from this beautiful little village at the foot of the Downs, with its castle, wild brooks and river Arun it truly is a prince amongst the villages of England.

The one I live in.

You should see the new lighting at the station, you can see it for miles, it's an absolute eyesore.

And me, I was born there and lived there for 9 years and my Dad wrote a book about it called "Dear Amberley".

$23.99 on eBay (plus $5.00 postage).

Or £5.00 from Amazon

Or £2.00 from Brockwells.

Still for sale around £3 from the parish church (St Michaels) and I can get signed copies if required at no extra charge :lolol:

That Council Estate?! no thanks! ;)
