Your favorite, simple sandwiches

i'm getting pretty bored of my cheese and tomato every day, but am too poor and lazy to put together anything much more exciting. so, i look to nsc for inspiration. what is your favourite sandwich that is:

1. cheap
2. easy and quick to make
3. contains readily-available ingredients

Cold sliced roast chicken, warm crispy bacon, mayonnaise and a couple of slices of fresh juicy tomato on lightly toasted wholemeal bread.
