I didn't read this thread at the time because the title didn't interest me (one of the great things about a message board as opposed to a mailing list is you can ignore the threads that you think are going to be shit), but I could see it floating up and down the board. Now having read Dougal's thread about the demise of the 'Ask The Falmer Project Team' forum it's all become clear.

The curious thing, of course, is that it was only "clear" to about half a dozen people. But that didn't stop 106 replies being posted.

That's NSC, I guess.
Not surprising really. Those not ITK took the thread seriously and basically listed names of people they hated.
