As a young child, I would often stare fascinatedly at Bagpuss. And I still find it very hypnotic, although I haven't seen it for ages.

Unlike those Clangers. It was quite a shock to learn they are only about three inches high in real life...

Nogbad the Bad haunted many a childhood dream of mine - he and his evil henchmen looked so demonic. The pointy chins didn't help.

I still feel slightly disturbed by him, especially every time Paul Stalteri plays for Spurs...

when you were growing up, do you remember an aussie show called " the magic boomerang"....some kid used to throw it and time stood still so he could capture the baddies. It always disturbed me as I was learning about gravity at the time and I was confused as to why people didnt just all fly off into space.
