What's happening?

My bloody electric has gone off twice in the last hour, shutting down my computer and every other blasted thing in the house!! Anybody else in the Bevendean area or anywhere else had the same problem? Anyone know the reason why this is happening?
My boy got a right strop on, got almost to the end of a level on one of his x-box games and the shut down wiped it all off so he's got to start again. He's NOT happy.

Actually the worst period for power cuts was during the 'Three day week' - which occurred when the Tories were in power.
