Any Veggies out there going for the NUT ROAST?

I was going to opt for the goose this year just for a change. Spoke to a few butchers and they said don't bother they are minging and twice the price.

I now have a Turkey.

Picking up a 14lb goose from a local farm.
Stuffing it with apricots and chestnuts.
Glazing with honey and roasting for many hours.

The meal will be shared with my father, step mother, sister, grandfather and small step brother.

Can alredy taste it.

(We had a couple of ducks last year and roast beef and a roast ham the year before)

Had a huge curry last year. Chicken Dupiaza with the works. That was great, but it's back to Turkey this year.

:(
