What should happen to Rangers spot in the SPL?

I think the position should be rotated every week with members of the public allowed to submit different ideas for teams; a bit like the 4th plinth in Trafalger Square.

Rangers misdemeanours occurred in the SPL and the Pars were one of the teams disadvantaged, so they should get a break.

Reading between the lines, it does seem though that Dundee will be the likely beneficiaries of all this nonsense - without a match taking place
