What is your most MEMORABLE half time snack eaten whilst following The Albion?

I once had a lovely Meat & Potato pie at Hartlepool, it was sumptous, The only things that have ever come close to it were the Bacon Bap at Cambridge and the Balti Pie at Walsall.

Me and the missis used to always eat pistachios at half time in our usual spot behind the goal in the old north stand. The sweeper never quite managed to clear them away so we could always find our spot or area due to the discarded shells at the next game.

The pies at YORK were excellent - nice short pastry, proper meat filling and you could queue up for them with a view of the pitch.

Bizarrely, during our first season at Withdean.

The smoked salmoln baguettes were terrific.


Didn't last long though. Replaced by sausgae and chips......

I don't know if it was because I was drunk but I had a meat and potatoe Pie at Rotherham one year that was awesome. Another mention was an awesome kebab I had just outside coventrys old ground. Remains to this day the best kebab I have ever had.
