Danefield United's remarkable recovery under Viktor Boskovic. I think they won their final match 6-5 to get promoted in third from Division 2 in 1979. (Obviously us and Palace being promoted above- we often forget the third team). Even a policeman threw his helmet in the air, the forerunner of the plastic beer cup.

The Hard Man and Danefield went on to do a Forest although I don't remember their match against Melchester Rovers.
