You sure about that? I thought a 3 month loan = no recall option, but above that there is usually one in place.

A half season loan has no recall.
A full season loan can be recalled in the January window.
A 3 month ( 93 day) loan, can be recalled after 28 days have passed.
Oxford do tend to bring in some fantastic players on-loan with massive potential. Last season it was Robert Hall, from West Ham, who is now easily Championship standard.

Have to say I get a little fed up with all this ' as season in league 2 will do him the world of good'. He played against Southampton last year who went up and has played at U17 level in tournaments. There are plenty of other clubs that use their 17 yr olds rather than farm them out on loan. He is just the type of player we are missing in the absence of Vicente. We have 7 subs again and would rather see him in our development squad and on the bench for the first team.
