Its roasting in Haywards Heath and was the 2 council vans with water seen this morning, deliberately spraying onto the Roads in case they started melting or was there a trip to the colourful flower displays around town, please tell me as its bugging me......

PS also seen 1 recently spraying water onto the pavement, now thats a change from being splashed by the motorist i suppose!
