Virgin Free soccer highlights - HELP

These are supposed to be free, yet I can never access them

Whenever I click on any match highlights, I just get a blank screen where the game should be, even though it says what game I have selected above the blank space.

Amidst a barrage of sarcasm, could any fellow NSCers please tell me what (else) I need to do to watch these 'free' highlights?

Do I also need to register with Virgin to gain access?

you dont need to register and all sounds a bit odd, in the past i have has this happen to me so i just exit and go back in, it can be a bit slow loading but should do, perhaps you just need to wait a moment or maybe your internet is to slow

Cheers, theonesmith - I've just upgraded my Adobe Flash, and it's sorted the problem.

Possibly, but I wouldn't say so. Unless you don't have broadband? Again, try updating your flash
