It is inevitable that rumours like this will be coming out because once the legal challenges are over BHA becomes a very fanciable proposition.
All this about 'one man can never own the club again' is very easily overcome as I have explained on other posts. Joe Brown buys some shares his two sons Charlie and George each buy some his wife Mary buys some no 1 person owns the club but the family do and control it.
All they have to do is persuade the existing shareholders to sell and in view of what has happened in the past I am confident that DK would take extra care when disposing of any of his if he were to so do.
