Manchester United fan Tomer Hemed is happy to have James Wilson at Albion – even if it costs him his place.
Boss Chris Hughton must decide who is the odd striker out between Hemed, Wilson and Bobby Zamora at Queens Park Rangers tonight.
Speculation continues about whether United will invoke their recall option after 28 days of Wilson’s youth loan for the rest of the season.
Wilson scored his second goal in as many starts at Derby on Saturday and Hemed, who partnered him, said: “I am very happy James is here, he can really help us a lot.
“Of course, Man United know the best for their club. For us it’s a good decision and I’m sure we’ll enjoy him a lot. Even though I’m a United fan I’d rather him score goals here than there. Maybe next season he can score for them!
“I have only known him for two weeks but we have all seen his performances. United know what’s best for their club. If they think he should play here then that’s the best for him but for me I want to enjoy scoring goals together.”
