Trying to enter a competition which needs me to use twitter. Never used it before. Have set up an account but don't know how to post a particular account [MENTION=15153]blahblah[/MENTION] using a hashtag. Can anyone help QUICK!
I've got their page up but the box at the top looks like it will make me just tweet on my account, rather than send it to them. It won't let me send it privately as they aren't following me, so it needs to be public.
