Ticket transfer working?

Just had a look at my e-card to check the balance and I noted that it appears now that it is working that you can transfer your ticket to someone else. I didn't click on the button because I want to go tomorrow but has anyone else done this yet.

It all appears to be working, but says tickets cannot be transfered at the current time. I was told it would be ready for West Ham

That is great because it shows the club is absolutely brilliant in responding to issues. Be patient, IT cannot necessarily respond overnight to issues of this magnitude.

It was working a couple of weeks ago as someone successfully transferred two tickets to me. I have the hard copies printed off and ready to use.

no one can get tickets without a fan number. you need to have the person on your friends and family too
