I remember walking to an Albion match along the Old Shoreham road and that car (I don't know whether it was really THAT car or a copy) was in the forecourt of a garage near where the Jet Gas station is. Reckon this would be mid/late 60s.

Yes, I went to see it on the Sunday morning at the garage. It wasn’t actually a Rolls Royce, it was built on a Bedford chassis with a fibre glass body. Later, I saw it again when in was on display at the ill-fated Heathfield Park Theme Park in their motor museum and it was looking tired. More details below:
