Presumeably an 'off the peg' template. Wouldn't happen these days...............

:jester:

It was an off the peg template. Millwall had the same one at that time.

This image also seems to show Southend also used it.

Personally I quite liked it back then. But I was an impressionable 12 year old who would often dress in the full kit for a kick about with my mates.

Ah, there's Honest Lou Macari, presumably before he got in the crap for dodgy betting.

And cheeky old Kammy in the centre of the back row (presumably before he got convicted of assaulting another player on the pitch).

Chris Ramsey 2nd from the right on the second row too I believe.

Right, here we go. A bit of light relief after last night's goings-on.

I don't think I've ever heard a footballer cite Justin Fashanu as a big influence on his career before. That's a novelty

His 'Ambitions' are a bit LOFTY. Steady on, Dale.

Oh, and why does he have one EYE an inch higher than the other. Did he have some kind of PALSY?

I think he has used too much ultra-hold hair PRODUCT, causing the skin on his forehead to CONTRACT on one side

It wouldn't look AS pronounced, if the actual photo wasn't massively on the piss.

Where is edna krabappel this morning? I think she'd very much like the cut of #Delboy's JIB.

His life was COMPLETED at the end of the 87/88 season, when Albion won the Sussex Senior Cup, beating Lewes 3-0 in the final.

Dale Jasper was substituted when the score was 0-0, John Robinson coming on to TRANSFORM the game. He set up the first two, before our friend 'Gippy' scored the third.

Tremendous

That hair is the very ESSENCE of the Pink Coconut. Magnificent.
