The pub at Worthing Station

I often pop in for a pint after work whilst waiting for my train. Yes it is a bit of a dump, but over the last couple of weeks it has nosedived!!

It is now being run by a bunch of Lezzers who look like they should be driving buses !!

They have no idea how to pull a pint or where the drinks are pices etc. Absolute joke, I had to wait 10 mins to be served the other day and there was only one person ahead of me

Yes The Hare & Hounds in Portland Rd has good food and a good choice of real ale.

Is the one opposite the station still owned by Chapmans?

I played wirh bands in Chapmans many a time, back in the old days. Not been there for years though, and sounds like I won't need to go there any time soon.

The service is terrible now, it took one of them 25 minutes to sort out a glass of wine for a customer, none of the rug munchers knew what to do
