No I'm with you on this. Why are we not moving the ball forward quicker. With CMS, Buckley and KLL we should not be using a slow build up system but using their speed to counter attack after drawing the opposition in.

Last night was a classic counter attacking system. Watford just patiently waited for a chance to release Vydra with his pace. Would be a total waste of time us having him as he would never be released in that way.

thaw ALbion which is the Gus way is to play mostly with a single striker other teams have been very successful with this system but it needs a specific type of player and currently we do not have such a player in the squad
I agree we have some great players and some are very quick they need to be given the option of running onto balls pushed wide from a central forward position or little knock downs in or around the box I think CMS is a great little player who if was played out on the right wide but he does not fit as a lone striker just how many headers do we win from corners how many times does CMS or Kill fall over trying to hold a ball up that they are just not physically capable of

We have two very slow centre backs which means we have to have central midfielders who sit deep to soak up pressure, this results in the opposition having more space to play in when they have the ball. A decent defence would allow us to play an extra man up front and as we've seen CMS cannot be the loan striker, he needs someone with him. 2 quality centre backs and we would be moving in the right direction
