I know it's none of our business (well mine) but out of sheer nosiness/curiosity I would be interested to know the bonus structure, sounds like a lot of people were handsomely rewarded down throughout the club, would be lovely if the caterers and stuff got a nice little pay day, sounds like everyone got a treat which is cool

From what was reported in the press (Argus, Daily Mail, as well as club saying stuff themselves) I believe it was around 10% of salary minimum, plus up to another 10% based on their performance for the past year, so it would possibly be a lovely 20% bonus for some - and it covered everyone from Knockaert to the tea ladies!

Good spot. I see one of the benefits are free meditation classes. I wonder if PB has participated.

Presumably, TB introduced it to help with Hughton’s barely-concealed temper tantrums. I think they need a new class teacher.
