I'm aware of this and it's so cool.

Love how it (seems at least) beneficial to the general public, which is what community stadiums should be.

How much for one of those flats though eh!! I'd guess at 3.5mill.

Indeed. My first thought 'that looks bloody amazing'.

My second thought (hence the caption) was: that's a luxury gym and high-end accommodation, and probably expensive catering.

Certainly at odds with the historic protected side opposite. Looks fine to me. Outlook much better than from a hotel room at Falmer.

How many 'fans' can afford to dine at the first floor restaurant? Sadly it is where the money is now but for every pre match diner they need to keep space for a true fan with ticket and food prices kept low.
I think someone asked before on a previous thread, do the apartments have access to see the game, and if so can they drink?

Yeah last night was the first time I'd seen the pitch facing bit during a match and I think it looks very nice.
