What other BIG countries are we still missing out on? Never had a Greek then? Can't believe we never got Giorgios Samaras on a loan.

Greece, all of the Balkan nations, Hungary, Mexico, most of the former Soviet nations and South Korea are the big ones that we're missing I'd say

take Bulgaria and Romania off the list as we've had them but otherwise I don't think we've had any of them?

Yes -those two have long been ticked off, by Kishishev and Iovan.

We had a Slovenian, Jan Mlakar, but never made a first team appearance, so doesn't make the list. Andi Zeqiri could have ticked off Kosovo, but SELFISHLY chose to stay with Switzerland.

one that's a bit out of leftfield here and I'd like to get the opinion of the room

Whilst looking at my, I mean, my sons premier league sticker album, I noticed that George Baldock is down as GREEK and has in fact played for the Greek national team on 10 occasions.

Does this mean that his brother Sam would also count as a Greek player for the purposes of this?

Surely Jose Izquierdo should be in over David Gonzalez ??

I vote NO. Primarily because its really tenuous, and also because George's qualification and citizenship was only established long after Sam had left us.

If George had played for them during Sam's Albion career, I'd probably think differently.

David Gonzalez was the first full Colombia international to make a first team appearance for the Albion, so made the list. If he'd only had, say an U21 cap then Jose Izquierdo would have supplanted him - but he is there on solid qualification / merit.

Similarly, the Australia entry is still Paul Reid, despite Maty Ryan or Aaron Mooy having way more caps, and Abdul Razak holding a spot that would otherwise belong to Simon Adingra...
