What a great idea, lets leave the whole seafront as decaying Regency facade with a joke of a leisure centre for 150,000 people to use, just so a few people can maintain their seaviews.

Not sure the Geary towers are the best design available, but they are sure as hell better than the status quo.

Having seen the Guggenheim in the flesh, I reckon they would look amazing, and make Portsmouth's Spinnica tower look just gay !
