Weigh up our superb training facility and then think about whether you have to move 250 miles, changing houses (for a vastly more expensive one) and uprooting the family/girlfriend, or being able to stay where you are and commute for an hour a day.

Not sure where he lives but Huddersfield to Middlesbrough is about 90 miles on the busy M62/A1M and not a commute I would want to do. Certainly a lot longer than an hour.

He's from Leeds which cuts a fair chunk off of the journey. Footballers don't tend to drive in the rush hour.

Have you seen our training facilities. They are in the top ten in the uk. Steve gibsons main aim is to get players to see our facilities and they will sign. They are second to none in this league, add the 5* hotel (only one in the north east) and the 2nd longest golf course in Europe. 1st class academy, one of I think 2 in the championship when first came out. We may only get 20k this season but our training ground has turned heads before people have signed.

And also produced england internationals and we played a team in the premiership bar 1 player all born within 30 miles of the training ground. No other academy has done that in 30 years.

Eston, considering Brightons training facilities and academy topping the UK right now, with the highest points ever scored ...Chelsea are second btw, you are looking a bit of a lemon.

Yes I'd totally bet. Rockcliffe has had over 100million spent on it.

"Speak to people at Brighton and they talk of being ‘Premier League ready’. They have just opened a £32million academy and training ground which has been awarded the highest score ever by the Premier League’s independent auditors."

They obviously haven't got to yours yet.

That's not the best start for you.

Have you seen ours? Ours have just been recognised as the best in the entire country. That means WE are second to none in this league. And all other leagues too.

They can be born within 30 miles of the training ground - it doesn't mean they went there.

We also spent 50 million on the 5* hotel and spa facilities and the second longest golf course in Europe and ours was built in 1998. Come the mid 00's we had more football players playing league football than any other team in the uk.

Why is a hotel of any appeal to a player? Your town may be grim, but not so grim as they'd choose not to live in a house, surely?

If your club is so good - why do next to no one come to see them play? I've been to your ground and it's desperately depressing to see those few hardy souls rattling around inside it.

Ours aren't just in the top ten. We are top even beating Chelsea. This was revealed at our Fans Forum on Tuesday night.
