They won't admit it in interviews, but I reckon some of our players have got their eyes on first place...

Interesting point. There is certainly an undeniable will to not miss out this time. Interesting to see, for example, Knocky urging Norwood forward soon after we equalised on Saturday and it appeared CH was telling the team to go for it.

Agreed - surely if anywhere, it's RB where we're a bit weak, Bruno is the only properly recognised RB...? And is 36...

Rosenior is a right back, and its probably his best position, we just have not seen it as Bruno has been Super the last 2 years while Rosenior has been with us, equally he is bloody awesome at left back and has played large parts of his career there, hes just bloody brilliant all round !

It MUST be starting to piss off the fans of the others! If you're a Reading fan you'll be looking at the fixtures each week, thinking "Ooh, Brighton have got Fulham - might drop points there", "Brighton have got Norwich, won't win that", "Brighton have got Leeds...", "Brighton have got Birmingham..." and each week we grind the results out.

I saw a tweet from a Newcastle fan, I think after the Blackburn game, that just said "****ing hell Brighton. Take a ****ing game off won't you"

Saw this one....https://twitter.com/jason_mcmullan/status/810414410472759296

It's ridiculous.

I'm sure a lot of them would of looked at our fixtures since Norwich and expected to over haul us. We've just got stronger and hurt them more.

It seemed to change Sheff Wed away , up to then away from home we had lost to Newcastle and were fortunate at Reading. Along with a couple of stalemate elsewhere.

The Wednesday game we went into it fearing the worst . Bad record up there, major problems in CM and we were absolutely brilliant.

The belief we gained from this just seems to of pushed us on. Since that we have won 4/5 away and not looked back.

I hope we can negotiate the 2 xmas home games as those are the ones you could get a freak result. Fulham away looks really difficult but they way we are the bigger the game the better. I think we can go there and do a number. Just got to keep it going and churn it out. Eventually the pack will be broken.

I thought NSC had decided that Newcastle will run away with it and that it was all done and dusted?

With those mighty footballing gods Norwich cruising effortlessly into second place. Oh, and Villa. Don't forget Villa. That's another team that used to be good years ago and has a giant budget that they piss arbitrarily all over the place like an incontinent polecat. God! Why is life so UNFAIR to the Albion?! :moo:

Word of the season: BLOWHARDS

IF we emulate the second half of least season in the second half of this, we'll finish on 96 Points, That's surely enough to go up. Let's hope we can do that or better it even.

Im pretty sure at one point NSC decided that both newcastle and norwich would run away with the top 2 and we would be left feeding off their scraps
