How are things down under?

i say ...steady on ...:lolol: yeah were in the same boat if you read my convo with clampy.....thats where were at , still summer here sort of but they are on about a lock down here for 28 days from sunday night .......all rumours nothing official ....really irritating our ****whitt of a p.m and the way he conducts himself.....i'm self employed so at least i'll be able to drive around with stuff on my roof rack looking like I'm working.....strange times , surreal.

I was employed by my old employer to 2nd March then the new one from 3rd march. There was no break in employment.
I *think* Martin Lewis said on TV to go back to your old employer and ask them very nicely to re-employ you and then furlough you on 80%.

I MAY BE WRONG, as I was looking at NSC while he was saying this and was only half concentrating.

It was episode 2.

That's crazy. Surely anyone who has been continuously employed should be entitled to this? It's all hypothetical at the moment, but it's the principle and the worry.
