How many people does David Cameron represent? The answer given is 60 million, but the population of the UK is about 63 million, so how does that work?

Re-did it and got 19...didn't know dogs had to wear a collar with name of owner and adress, neither did I believe more than 25% of Wales voted Conservative...

I also got 19. I didn't know which two I got wrong until I saw this post. Cheers.
(I thought the Welsh Tory vote very low, may be I am just getting it confused with the number of Conservative seats in Wales).

NI is much less than 3M, even if they were trying to argue that one - which I doubt as they mentioned NI in the United Kingdom question.

Population of NI is 1.8M and the population of the UK is 62.6M which gives around 60M which I think the answer said.
