This isn't a poll though, is it? It's more an automated post generator, saving us all the time of typing the team out, while allowing us to contribute to the thread. It is letting everyone's votes be noted, rather than simply knowing 5 people voted brez 8 and five people voted cms 7 but those weren't the same 5 people, etc.

I would raise the issue of subs. Some people will only rate the starting 11, some have different times for how long a sub has to be on before earning a vote etc. Can that be factored in?
