Must of missed that, how do you "get back up to fitness" by sitting on the bench? having another striker would have been a better option tonight as he was never going to get a game.

I am quietly confident that Tokos fitness regime doesn't consist of sitting on a bench, because that would hardly be getting anyone fit would it? It's just sitting around.
