But forcing down S/T for prem clubs who already sell 95% of tickets would mean lower league clubs who don't get TV money having to lower their prices...making the gap even wider!!
Its market forces I am afraid, mess with it and it will tumble down, and when there are no lower league clubs left the bigger clubs will charge what the hell they like.
