Lot of teenagers using the word "bare" to mean "very".

I think that's what they are saying, can't be too sure as many of then are developing a gangsta Jamaican street twang.

Bare bloody annoying.

'Can I get'....does my head in too
'Like', as in, like, using it, like, all the ******g time
'Totes amazeballs'.....eh ??
'It's not rocket science'
'Space' (as in 'he has done a lot of work in this space')
'Hun'
.........etc

This thread serves as a reminder of how misanthropic I am.

People really are stupid aren't they. As Super Hans said, "People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis, you can't trust people."

Some people in the mid-20s in my offices say that they're "well jel" of something. I find that annoying. Or just saddened by the ridiculousness of someone my age joining in with it.

I'm find it super annoying that the word 'super' seems to have slipped into English English as a synonym for 'very' of late.

No - you're not super happy, you're very happy, you utter plum.

Very much so.
